A short report with the template, browser, input type, and exported file details helps us reproduce a problem quickly. Template ideas are welcome when they describe the input, the motion, and the moment where the final video will be used.
Include the template name, browser and device, image format, output size, frame rate, and the point where the render stopped. A screenshot of the visible error and the approximate project duration are useful when the browser console is unavailable.
Describe the source material, the paper movement, and the short-form use case. A request such as "three photos arrive like pinned prints, then the last image fills the frame" gives the studio enough shape to evaluate the idea.
Email support at hello@papermotion.ai. Include a shareable project description rather than private source photos unless a support reply specifically requests a reproduction file.
A support message can stay short. The highest-value detail is the smallest set of steps that turns a working preview into a failed export, because that path can be reproduced and checked against the same browser and template version.
